We have an immediate need for an ENHANCEMENTS INSTALLATION CREW MEMBER to service the extended Metro Atlanta Area from our Alpharetta, GA – North Branch. An ideal candidate would be skilled and highly motivated, with a focus on working safely and providing outstanding customer service. The core requirements of the Enhancements Installation Crew Member will be to complete enhancements landscape projects efficiently and effectively. Primary Responsibilities: Build landscape features such as lawns, gardens, driveways, paths and other softscape features. Grade and shape soils utilizing hand tools. Perform planting of large trees, shrubs, perennials, and sod. Effectively operate various tools in a safe and responsible manner. Assist in non-softscape activities including lite masonry. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by inspecting, lubricating, and cleaning daily. Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas. Attend all required safety, skill, and development meetings / trainings. Comply with all company policies and regulations. Hold yourself accountable for quality workmanship. Meet with your Foreman / Crew Lead to understand Project Assignments Submit and review required paperwork: Timesheets, receipts, daily debriefs, inspection reports, etc. – accurately and timely. Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations at shop, yard and on jobsites Help ensure equipment is always maintained and functioning properly. Use required PPE (personal protective equipment) to operate equipment / work safely. Other requested task of Foreman or Crew Lead. Core Capabilities: Ability to Communicate positively, effectively – Written and Verbal Effective Problem-Solving Skills Highly Self Motivated with Time Management Skills Ability to Analyze Situations and Problem Solve Superior Customer Service Skills and Professional Interactions Excellent Interpersonal Skills Quality Workmanship Contribute effectively to crew goals with a Teamwork Focused Mindset Responsible and Dependable Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA and other Jobsite and Driver Safety Regulations Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Requirements 2-3 years’ experience in a landscape construction industry in either hardscapes or softscape Possess a Valid Driver’s License and Acceptable MVR for business travel if working in a Driver’s Role Must have the ability to complete the physical requirements of a landscape construction role requiring manual labor and lifting of up to 60 lbs. in a non-climate-controlled environment. Work Conditions / Essential Functions: Will be required to work in a non-climate-controlled environments Ability to walk and / or stand for long periods of time Manual, labor intensive position, requiring lifting of up to 60 lbs.
