Description Are you skilled, motivated, and love working outdoors? Russell Landscape is looking for hard-working crew members to join our commercial enhancement and hardscape team. If you're ready to grow with a top-tier landscaping company that values quality and teamwork—we want to meet you. What You’ll Be Doing: Work on commercial enhancement and hardscape projects Install and maintain landscaping features—mulch, plants, stonework, seasonal color, etc. Use mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools with care and skill Support grading, planting, drainage, and basic masonry tasks as needed Help load/unload equipment and maintain tools daily Follow Crew Leader instructions and ensure every job site is clean and safe Take pride in creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces What You Bring to the Table: 1–2 years of landscape or hardscape experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
