WHO WE ARE:

Claro Disability Services is a leading provider of disability services across Australia. We provide outstanding, customer-focused disability services to Australians in their own homes, and in the community.
Our name ‘Claro’ comes from Latin and means ‘to brighten’ – and we’re here to enable you to shine. Whether you or a loved one are seeking support to stay independent at home, comprehensive care to meet personalised goals, or a new specialist disability home – we’ll work in partnership with you and make it happen.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Enquiries Officer to support our new client acquisition and growth goals. As the Enquiries Officer you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients and will communicate clearly, thoughtfully and in an informed manner to determine the suitability of new leads.
This role is essential in triaging new enquiries, responding in a timely manner, providing accurate data entry and insights and delivering high quality leads to our business development team for conversion. You’ll work closely with the Senior Enquiries Officer and report to the Marketing & Communications Manager, providing collaborative insights on lead source and quality for the optimisation of our lead generation campaigns.
This role would be perfect for someone with lived experience of working within the disability support industry, who has supported a friend or family living with disability, or who has navigated the system for their own supports. Clear, compassionate and informed communication is key when speaking to our prospective clients, so too is a passion to help others and see positive outcomes.

  • Current National Police Check
