• Job Title: Enquiries Team Leader
• Job Type: Permanent
• Location: Ellesmere Port (4 days in office, 1 day working from home - after probation completed)
• Hours: 8.30am to 5pm
• Salary: Up to £36,500 DOE
  Job Description
  Overview:

To manage a small enquiries team, and monitor existing customer enquiries

• Monitor and exceeding performance targets
• Ensure all communication channels are monitored, customer enquiries reviewed and assigned to the correct member of sales
• Conduct a weekly survey and monitoring results
• Being a UK Salesforce Super User, providing support and training on Salesforce functionality
• Supporting sales managers with data in performance reviews.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience working as a team leader or senior post within a sales environment

You will also have the following:

• Working knowledge in using Salesforce
• Working to tight deadlines and achieving results
• Extensive admin experience - proficient in MS Office
• Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Relevant analytics or Administrative qualifications such as NVQ
