We are seeking a driven Enrichment Centre Manager to lead centre growth and deliver exceptional parent and student experiences. This is a leadership role with a strong focus on enrolment sales and customer relationship management , while ensuring smooth daily operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in education/enrichment sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in enrolment sales (monthly targets, renewals, closing parent consults).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Organised, proactive, and results-driven.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings.
