The Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing before/after school and summer programs that support The Oaks Academy’s mission and student experience. This role ensures programs are engaging, well-run, and accessible to students across all grade levels while coordinating communication between staff, program leaders, students, and families. This is a 12-month, full-time position. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate clubs. Recruit, onboard, and support program leaders (staff and/or external partners). Communicate program offerings, schedules, and expectations to families and staff. Manage student enrollment, attendance, and waitlists. Maintain inventory and purchasing of program supplies. Ensure clubs align with school values, policies, and safety expectations. Gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement. Plan and facilitate summer camp programs. Collaborate with other Oaks Plus coordinators. Maintain relationships with external partners. Requirements Experience working with children in an educational or enrichment setting Strong organizational and communication skills Digital competencies, including common software and online tools Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously Experience coordinating programs Passion for student enrichment and whole-child development Bachelor's degree preferred Devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
