A typical day with be varied and have you completing amongst other duties:

• Assisting with the assessment, evaluation, and implementation of residents clinical and care planning.
• Contribute to the allocation of workload to ensure quality care is received by all residents.
• Anticipating residents’ changing health needs and manage requirements appropriately.
• Ensuring all care documentation is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Supporting residents and their families by responding to queries and feedback in liaison with the Facility Manage
