THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse with a passion for aged care to join our Residential Facility at Mosman Park Care Centre in Mosman Park. This is a permanent part-time role offering 45 hours per fortnight. Please see below for the roster.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments
• Safely administer medication to residents
• Assist with falls management and prevention
• Implement safe practice of care plans directed by the Registered Nurse
• Support and supervise care staff
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in relation to Residents, Families, Staff and other Health Professionals
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety in accordance to Aged Care Standards and Risk Managemen
