We’re seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional, person-centred care to our patients. In this vital role, you will work alongside our Registered Nurses and Midwives, playing a crucial part in supporting the health and well-being of individuals within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the provision of person-centred care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife.
  • Complete routine assessments, procedures, and care tasks within your scope of practice.
  • Engage with patients, families, and carers to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Educate and guide patients and the wider health care team, including overseeing assistants and students.
  • Focus on professional development through learning opportunities and maintaining your development portfolio.
  • Contribute to research and evidence-based practice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, prioritise tasks, and deliver person-centred care.
  • Experience: Previous nursing care experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant legislation, standards, and the role of the Enrolled Nurse.
