Right at Home Central QLD is dedicated to providing compassionate, respectful, and high-quality holistic care across a range of services including Aged Care, Disability Care, Transitional & Palliative Care, and Hospital-in-the-Home to the Wide Bay Region of Queensland, Australia.
As we continue to expand our team, we are currently seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our Rockhampton office. This is a full-time role that will involve both office-based and fieldwork responsibilities.
At Right at Home Central QLD, we deeply value our staff, ensuring they receive the necessary support and supervision from a Care Manager, in alignment with their scope of practice as outlined by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board (if applicable).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Enrolled Nurse (EN) with 1-2 years of experience in community nursing and current AHPRA registration.
- Alternatively, a Certificate III or IV in Aged/Disability Care with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
- Proven experience in aged care, disability, or mental health within a community setting.
- Strong understanding of Aged Care and Disability Standards, as well as consumer-directed care principles.
- Current First Aid, CPR certification, and National Police Check.
- Working With Children (WWC) check or willingness to obtain.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car with comprehensive insurance.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency with relevant software.
- Solid understanding of clinical governance and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Proficient in wound care, catheter care, and PEG feeding techniques.
- Strong understanding of NDIS services, policies, and guidelines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
