On a typical day, you’ll: Provide clinical care to our residents Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident care You’ll be someone who is empathetic and who’s previously worked in an aged care home.
