Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide holistic nursing care in a culturally safe and supportive environment that promotes positive health outcomes for young people. This is a unique opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering primary health care, emergency response, mental health, alcohol and other drug services, and specialist care within a modern purpose-built facility. Key responsibilities Deliver consumer-centred nursing care in line with best practice standards and Barwon Health requirements Provide evidence-based care in collaboration with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team Support medication administration and medication rounds under delegation Participate in care planning, case reviews, quality improvement activities and clinical documentation processes What we’re looking for Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse Completion of NMBA approved medication administration and complex care units Minimum two years post graduate nursing experience Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills with a commitment to culturally safe care Position Description Please note Barwon Health will only contact you via our official email and never use unconventional means, such as text messaging or other services.
