Responsibilities
  • Administer medications within your scope of practice
  • Deliver direct care to residents based on individual support plans
  • Support assessment, care planning and evaluation in collaboration with RNs
  • Collect and report data, maintain clinical documentation to support nursing care plans, funding submissions, and care minute reporting for each resident.

What You’ll Bring: a passion for elder care and be a strong advocate for providing customer focused clinical care inclusive of:

  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA (Division 2 – EN)
  • Experience in aged care or residential care settings (highly regarded)
  • Understanding of person-centred care principles
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current QLD Driver’s Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
