PERMANENT FULL-TIME - 80 HOURS PER FORTNIGHT

Annual Salary $77,000

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team in providing compassionate care to residents in our residential aged care facility. In this role you will:

• Work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal care, hygiene, mobility and meals
• Liaise with families and loved ones to discuss care plans and health status updates
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support therapeutic activities to improve quality of life for residents

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Current national Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Recent experience working in aged care or disability services
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Empathy and patience in caring for vulnerable people
• Time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
