THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking Enrolled Nurses with a passion for mental health, to support our Mental Health Inpatients at Ramsay Clinic Macarthur. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Registered Nurse, Clinical Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
• Enrolled Nurses will be medication endorsed and IV Qualified
• Previous experience working in mental health is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate
• Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
• Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
• Ability and availability to work a flexible rotating roster

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
