Job Description As an Enrolled Nurse at our Hamilton village, you’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting residents with their clinical and personal care needs, and contributing to a positive, homelike environment. What you will do: Deliver resident care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting observations. Support and guide caregivers to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of care. Draft and contribute to resident care plans under RN supervision. Monitor resident wellbeing, identify and report risks or issues, and ensure infection control practices are followed. Complete assessments, assist with examinations, and provide culturally appropriate education to residents and families. Foster positive interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and the wider clinical team. This is a permanent part-time position, working a roster of four days on, two days off (Minimum 50 and maximum 60 hours per night). Qualifications You'll bring with you: Hold an Enrolled Nursing Diploma A NZ Registration and a current Practicing Certificate Have a positive “can do” attitude and genuine interest in working with older people. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Emotionally resilient and a strong team player.
