Your role at St John of God Berwick Hospital We are seeking permanent part-time Enrolled Nurses to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Units at St John of God Berwick Hospital. Our units provide care across orthopaedic and spinal rehabilitation, medical and surgical reconditioning, pain management rehabilitation, and ketamine infusions, with a mix of surgical and medical acute patients. You will deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts across other wards through ShiftMatch. Shifts are rostered across all times, with consideration given to individual requests where possible. The Position Function within the legal and registration constraint relevant to your Enrolled Nursing Practice Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans Maintain and develop clinical skills required to deliver high quality holistic patient care Adhere to and supports hospital policies, procedures and standards To monitor patient progress and escalate any changes or concerns to a registered nurse or manager Provides patient education and participates in discharge planning as required Accurately document patient care You will have current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse and demonstrate relevant clinical experience. To succeed you will have an understanding of legislation and standards related to OH&S, Infection Control, Waste Management and Quality Improvement and clinical practice in a relevant environment Above all, patient care will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our mission and values. We will offer you Salary: $69,428 to $77,180 per annum (pro rata for part time), plus 12% superannuation Permanent part time role, working up to 52 hours a fortnight.
