We’re looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team, assisting our RN Care Manager in delivering top-quality clinical care in clients’ homes.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA registration (EN with medication endorsement preferred).
• Experience in aged care, disability, palliative, or dementia care.
• Ability to conduct assessments & contribute to care plans (with RN oversight).
• Police Clearance, driver’s licence, and fully insured, registered vehicle.
• Reliable mobile phone for communication and documentation.
• Strong clinical judgement & ability to work independently.
