Pearl Home Care Greater Parramatta is looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurses who is passionate about working in Community. This is an interesting and varied position that would suit someone with experience as a Community Nurse.
It would be beneficial to have some experience in Aged Care, community experience, knowledge of government funded packages and consumer directed care.
We are offering casual roles with a view to permanent part-time for suitable candidates.

• A. Clinical Care and Monitoring
  · Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with the client’s care plan and assessed needs.
  · Conduct regular clinical observations and report changes in client health status.
  · Support chronic disease management, wound care, continence care, medication assistance, and other delegated tasks.
  · Escalate any clinical concerns or deterioration to the RN promptly.
