POSITION SUMMARY:
The Enrollment Specialist ensures a smooth, equitable, and compliant enrollment process for all students and families. This role manages the full enrollment cycle—from offer through registration—while building positive relationships with families and ensuring that all enrollment data and records are accurate, timely, and compliant with state, local, and authorizer requirements. The Enrollment Specialist is both detail-oriented and family-centered, helping to ensure that every student has access to high-quality educational opportunities.

Family Engagement & Outreach:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families throughout the enrollment process.
Support and coordinate outreach activities such as open houses, school tours, community events, and information sessions.
Manage applications using the enrollment management system (PowerSchool and ATS).
Lead communication in collaboration with the Network Admissions team through the seat offer process, ensuring families receive timely and accurate communication.
Maintain accurate enrollment data and documentation in compliance with state, local, and authorizer requirements.
Generate regular reports on enrollment progress, projections, and trends for school and network leadership.
Partner with school-based operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Support family orientation and welcome events to build strong school-family relationships.
Partner with school leaders and the operations team to ensure smooth handoffs from admissions to student registration and onboarding.
Support family orientation events and onboarding activities for new students.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities.
