Enrollment & Family Engagement Coordinator Our Beginning School & Moai School Our Beginning School is a non-sectarian, Reggio Emilia-inspired early learning school. Moai School is a Christian early learning school rooted in faith, relationships, and excellence in education. We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education professional to serve as an ambassador for both schools, helping families understand our educational philosophies while supporting enrollment, family engagement, community outreach, and school events. This position is ideal for an experienced Early Childhood Education professional who enjoys building relationships with families, representing the school within the community, coordinating family events, and helping families find a school community where they can thrive. This is a full-time, on-site position. Reliable and dependable attendance is required. Compensation: $26 - 33.00 per hour Responsibilities * Guide families through the enrollment process. * Conduct school tours and family information meetings. * Build relationships with prospective and enrolled families. * Coordinate family engagement events and open houses. * Represent the schools at community events and outreach activities. * Build partnerships with community organizations and local businesses. * Manage enrollment systems, records, and communications. * Create marketing and communication materials. * Occasionally drive the school's 14-passenger buses (no CDL required). Qualifications * Minimum two years of Early Childhood Education experience required. * Strong understanding of child development and the Reggio Emilia approach. * Excellent communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, email, and technology platforms. * Ability to work with families from diverse cultural, linguistic, faith, and socioeconomic backgrounds. * Ability to work in both a non-sectarian and Christian school environment.   Preferred * Enrollment, admissions, marketing, outreach, or event planning experience. * Ability to speak a second language (Spanish, Mandarin, French, or Japanese preferred). Transportation Requirements * Valid driver's license. * Minimum five-year safe driving record. * Must be at least 25 years of age. * Ability to meet school and insurance requirements for operating a 14-passenger school bus.
