QUALIFICATIONS

• BA or BS required
• Experience teaching or working in a school setting preferred; stronger preference given to those who have experience working in a charter school
• Experience leading or managing projects preferred
• Have a “self-starter” and team player attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and collaborate as needed with teachers and other staff members
• High degree of comfort in interacting with and reaching out to people and families
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Adaptive, flexible, and resourceful problem solver
• Excited about regularly receiving feedback and have a growth mindset
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Life-long learner; willingness to make and learn from mistakes; values and solicits critical feedback
• Demonstrated cultural competence, sensitivity, and belief in the value of diversity
