We’re seeking an Enrollment Services Coorindator who will support our existing and new client accounts. Why Alera Group Meaningful Impact: Help clients and employees navigate benefits programs that drive retention, engagement, and satisfaction Growth & Learning: Opportunities to deepen your expertise and gain exposure to a variety of clients and industries Collaborative Culture: Work in a team-oriented environment that values accountability, partnership, and the principles of The Collaborative Way RESPONSIBILITIES What You'll Do Required Assist with filling out RFP's and gathering cenus and/or existing carrier material Complete illustration spreads once carrier proposals have been received Track the RFP/Proposal/Illustration/CM presentation process to make sure tasks get completed in a timely manner (keep RFP Tracker updated) Create QR Code/Scheduling LInk along with the New Hire Flyers when a new accounts starts utiulizing Enrollment Services Assist with Carrier Employer Applications and Termination letters when needed Assist with setting up and sending text message campaigns during OE Proven problem resolution skills with experience in project management Ability to partner with commercial clients and serve as a trusted resource and advisor Streamlining communication with key accounts and external vendors including insurance carriers Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Experience working with Applied Epic, Salesforce, or similar systems Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Core Competencies Detail orientation Accountability and follow‑through Collaborative mindset Client‑first thinking Technical accuracy and judgment Continuous improvement mindset ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Compensation: Salary range: $29.00 to $31.00/per hour Benefits: Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, and more.
