BRIEF DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enrollment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves inputting and updating data from both paper and electronic files into a technology database. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will manage customer information, track various data points, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of the information processed. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook) and analyzing data. Most training will be on-the-job.
  • Duties require good communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm.
Responsibilities
  • Collecting and analyzing data in collaboration with team members.
  • Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data and other information in records and reports.
  • Handling the end-to-end enrollment process, from initial contact to final enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Troubleshooting any data-related problems and maintaining confidentiality regarding processed, stored, or accessed information.
  • Preparing and delivering reports and presentations to internal teams.
  • Providing feedback for product enhancements and marketing campaigns.
  • Articulating the features and benefits of our products and services, effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of data entry tasks and defining new process improvement opportunities.
  • Utilizing a consultative approach to understand internal client needs and tailor data management solutions accordingly.
  • Completing special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and enrollment quotas.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and enrollment goals.
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining logs of activities and completed work.
