The NY Preschool & Kids Club is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to manage the full enrollment cycle- from the first inquiry to confirmed registration. As the primary point of contact for families, you will guide them through our offerings, build meaningful relationships, and ensure a seamless and personalized enrollment experience. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education, consultative sales skills, and goal-driven mindset will be essential as you work to meet and exceed enrollment targets across your assigned locations. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to family inquiries via phone, email, or in person and address questions professionally. Schedule and conduct campus tours, information sessions, and participate in open houses and community events. Manage and maintain accurate student and family records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity. Convert inquiries into enrollments through consultative sales and effective communication of program value. Maintain strong knowledge of all programs and adhere to company sales standards. Deliver exceptional, family-centered service at every touchpoint and represent the organization positively. Collaborate with Marketing, Programming, and Operations teams to support onboarding and communication. Provide feedback on trends, family preferences, and opportunities for improvement to drive growth. Requirements This job is for you if: Bachelors Degree in a related field (or commensurate experience) required Have 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment roles (experience in early childhood education or related industries strongly preferred). Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with families. Are highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline. Are proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and data management. Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Have a genuine passion for child development, family engagement, and education. Physical exam and background checks are required for this position. Physical Demands: The role involves standing, walking, sitting, constant movement, and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific sensory abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
