JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Enrollment & Tuition Coordinator plays a key role in guiding current families through the tuition process and prospective families through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Spanish. Some flexibility with hours possible. 32-35 hours/week.

GENERAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Spanish language proficiency is a must
  • Have a pleasant, enthusiastic attitude with a positive, encouraging, welcoming message and tone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google docs
  • Keep accurate notes for both enrollment and tuition
  • Ability to learn new software programs
  • Confidentiality required regarding financial and personal family information
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
