Contract Type: Casual, Temporary
Hours: Full time, during the Enrolment period only (weeks during August and September)
Location: 1 x Crewe and 1 x Ellesmere Port
We are seeking student-facing Enrolment Assistants to join our Bursary and Transport team. This is an excellent opportunity to support the College in the onboarding of new learners during the exciting enrolment period.

KEY PERSON SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent);
  • Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisational skills; and
  • Appropriate level of digital literacy.

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the accurate input and maintenance of learner and enrolment details onto the learner records system;
  • To liaise with incoming learners, their families and internal staff during the enrolment period to support awareness of College processes and to promote accuracy;
  • To support other functions within the team as required, ensuring timely access to bursaries is facilitated;
  • Promote the welfare of children and young people.
