JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing timely assistance and tailored recommendations on our Programmes, Webinars, and Bootcamps. You’ll be instrumental in driving student enrolment through active lead follow-up and delivering excellent service experiences. EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related fields is preferred.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM or customer service platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and email communication tools.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar client-facing role is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with the right attitude and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of written English.
  • Positive, cheerful disposition with a willingness to go the extra mile.
