. Guide the learner through the enrolment process
. Provide information and guidance to prospective learners regarding courses
. Uploading learner details on the courses database
. Following up non-starters
. Liaise with awarding and funding bodies
. Maintain learner files, adhering to GDPR regulations and data security policies and procedures
