About the Role:

You will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Enrolments team, ensuring the efficient coordination of enrolment processes and a positive experience for prospective families. Responsibilities include:

• Manage enrolment enquiries and guide prospective families through the enrolment process with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate School tours, Open Days, interviews, and enrolment events to showcase the School experience.
• Prepare and maintain enrolment documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with School processes.
• Build strong relationships with prospective families and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Support enrolment and scholarship processes while contributing to broader enrolment initiatives and team objectives.
