We are currently seeking a qualified ENT Consultant to join our healthcare team in Oman. The role involves providing expert diagnosis, treatment, and surgical care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions. You will play a vital role in the delivery of specialized ENT services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive clinical assessments of patients with ENT-related issues. Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of disorders including hearing loss, sinus diseases, and voice disorders. Carry out ENT surgical procedures accurately and safely. Create individualized treatment plans and educate patients and their families about their conditions and care options. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care. Keep abreast of the latest developments and innovations in ENT medicine and surgery. Participate in clinical research activities and contribute to quality improvement processes. Ensure precise documentation and compliance with healthcare governance. Medical degree from a recognized medical college. Board certification in Otolaryngology (ENT). At least 5 years of clinical experience as an ENT Consultant. Strong knowledge and proficiency in managing various ENT diseases and surgical procedures. Excellent communication skills for effective patient and team interactions. Ability to work well within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
