ole Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ENT Consultant to join our insourcing outpatient clinic. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care for patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders, ensuring high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients presenting with ENT-related issues. Perform diagnostic procedures, including otoscopy, endoscopies, and biopsies, as needed.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, including medical management and surgical referrals. Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and self-management strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including audiologists and speech therapists, to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and hospital protocols
