Job Details Job Location: Buffalo, NY 14215 Salary Range: $450,000.00 - $470,000.00 Salary/year Join us as an ENT in Buffalo, NY. Description: Work in a collegial environment based on collaboration, mutual respect, trust, and cooperation. Continued development of strong clinical practices. Resident and medical student education, and opportunities for research. Work with Practice Operations Team of professionals to assist you with all your electronic health records needs, technology set up, and staff recruitment training and human resources support. Work with Quality Management team composed of expert nurses and pharmacists working behind the scenes to ensure the care and tests ordered for patients are completed and meet HEDIS and PCMH requirements. Facility Details: 16 ORs, 12 in main hospital and 4 located in the Ambulatory Surgery Center on campus. Level 1 Adult Trauma Center with 573 inpatient beds, over 900 staff medical providers. Serves as major teaching hospital for the University of Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine with 15 residency and 7 fellowship training programs on campus. Schedule: Full-time, M-F. Call as needed. Qualifications: MD or DO, BC/BE in Otolaryngology. Must have interest in advanced general ENT and/or subspecialty care. Fellowship training and/or experience with laryngology, otology or other subspecialty desirable. Must possess ability to cover the clinical breadth of the ENT service and trauma call. Compensation & Benefits: $450-470K per year. RVU productivity in addition. Sign on bonus and relocation assistance available. Paid PTO and holidays. CME allowance and paid days off.
