We are seeking a skilled ENT Specialist to join a reputable private sector healthcare facility. This role involves delivering high-quality otolaryngology care to patients, managing a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions with professionalism and expertise. The ENT Specialist will diagnose, treat, and perform surgical interventions as needed, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through personalized care plans and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient consultations and examinations related to ENT disorders. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging and audiometry. Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Perform surgical procedures relevant to otolaryngology. Provide post-operative care and ongoing patient monitoring. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with regulations. Stay current with advancements in otolaryngology and incorporate best practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Otolaryngology. Valid medical license to practice in the private healthcare sector. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ENT Specialist, preferably in private healthcare. Proficiency in surgical and diagnostic procedures related to ENT. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to patient-centered care and medical ethics.
