About The role: We're looking for a Post-Production Manager to join our team. Group Training is the engine room of Les Mills International that produces the product we deliver to instructors and athletes around the world. As Post-Production Manager, you’ll coordinate the end-to-end post-production process for Les Mills Masterclass content. Working closely with the Video Producer, you’ll manage schedules, workflows, and resources to ensure content is delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll track projects from ingest through to final delivery and archive, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll also support quality control and contribute to improving systems, workflows, and documentation across the post-production pipeline. Skills and experience you'll need: You will ideally need experience in the following: •Proven experience working in video post-production environments. •Basic knowledge of technical processes involved in video post-production. •Strong administration skills.
