You’ll design, build, and operate reliable, scalable data pipelines and data products that support a wide range of use cases across the organisation. Working closely with analysts, data scientists, product teams, and engineers, you’ll help ensure data is high quality, well-structured, and designed for reuse. You’ll apply strong engineering practices and “data by design” principles, contributing to the ongoing evolution of our data platform. Skills and experience you'll need: You’ll bring strong data engineering fundamentals and experience working with modern data platforms. You’re comfortable building and operating data pipelines in production environments and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver practical, high-quality data solutions. You will ideally need experience in the following: Experience in data engineering roles Strong SQL skills and experience in data transformation and modelling Experience building and operating data pipelines in production environments Familiarity with modern data platforms and tooling (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, or similar) Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions Ability to translate business or product requirements into practical data solutions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail About Les Mills: At Les Mills, unlocking and amplifying that inner drive to achieve our goals is something we’re not shy to say we’re great at.
