We create impact. We seek a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. As a Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. Main missions: Developing and executing account strategies to achieve business goals Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Identifying new business opportunities and upselling additional services. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Monitoring account performance and providing regular reports. Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. Ensuring client needs are met and addressing any issues promptly. Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions. Qualifications Qualifications we’re looking for. 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, retail tech, IoT, or a B2B technology environment. Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing multi-million euro/dollar deals. Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes and long sales cycles. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a strong plus).
