THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Enterprise Account Executive we are seeking will seek input from other Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to put in place a plan to target existing brands but in different sales and/or geographic territories. Using the experience with our existing customers, the Enterprise Account Executive for this role will identify, profile, target, contact, and prospect into a select group of accounts to generate net new wins within existing brands that Achievers currently works with.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in business application sales, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals.
  • Can demonstrate growth from existing accounts – specifically across geographies and global.
  • Are a hunter with a keen passion for sales.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills – including the ability to own proposal generation from start to finish.
  • Have demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the C-suite.
  • Are a self-starter with the ability to work in a remote, dynamic environment.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree; having a master’s degree is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, profile, target, contact, and prospect into a group of existing accounts within a new sales or geographic territory.
  • Seek input from existing Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to help create a plan for each account.
  • Generate your own New Initial Meetings (NIMs) and work with your RVP and the SDR teams in your respective regions to optimise inbound demand generation.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs in order to effectively position the Achievers solution.
  • Provide support for marketing activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
  • Understand and explain the benefits of the Achievers SaaS-based Employee. Experience Platform and services to provide the broadest possible benefit set and solution to each prospect as possible.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
