To do this, we are transitioning our business from a horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company, as we look to the future and Redpin 2.0 About the role We’re now seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager for the EMEA region, based in the UK. In this role you will support our Enterprise (defined as revenue opportunities of c.£250k pa) level customers in the International B2B Space. This is a combined Business Development / Account Managements role. In this role you will collaborate with the Global Head of Enterprise to craft solutions and go-to-market strategies that will propel our business to new heights. We’re on a mission to simplify life’s most important payments by becoming the embedded finance solution for international property. In additional to property our solution is also suitable for Businesses looking to make large international or mass payments (think payroll providers, accountancy firms etc.) Our solution can be fully embedded into an existing payment process OR we can also offer a full technical implementation which is API led. With a strong value proposition established, we’re looking for candidates who are comfortable taking an early-stage product to market successfully. What you’ll do You will have end-to-end responsibility across the 3-to-6-month sales cycle, including origination and initial relationship management. You will self-source 70% of leads, with SDR and Marketing support for the remaining 30%. You will also be supporting by a solutions engineer Developing a deep understanding of customer process gaps, translating them into optimal solutions that meet their needs. Working closely with stakeholders across sales, product, IT, compliance, and marketing teams to effectively communicate client needs and maximize new business conversion. Supporting an organization-wide engagement strategy to drive internal sales and engaging directly with both direct customers and channel partners as required. Collaborate with the wider sales leadership team to support strategic planning and objectives. What you’ll need Proven success in developing propositions and commercializing new SaaS products and solutions. Previous experience of selling full technical API led Implementations Experience of end to end pipeline management and closing Demonstrable experience in managing long and complex sales cycles and influencing the speed of closing opportunities. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships at senior levels. Comfort with both face-to-face client meetings and remote methods. Sufficient understanding and experience of integration methodologies to effectively collaborate with product and development teams in crafting end solutions. A strong track record of collaborative work across multiple functions. Consistent ability to close high-value opportunities and exceed financial targets. Outstanding communication skills. Bonus Points Previous experience in the fintech or proptech sectors Previous experience within the international payments ecosystem Experience of working on the MEDDIC sales methodology Background knowledge and understanding of International Real Estate
