Location: Austria About Valutico Valutico is building the agentic Credit-Underwriting platform that will power the AI-transition of the banking industry in Europe. We provide an end-to-end, AI-native company intelligence platform that allows credit underwriting professionals to leverage AI automation along the entire credit lifecycle—document analysis, risk assessment, and report generation—transforming weeks of manual work into hours of AI-augmented analysis, with full traceability and compliance built in. The Role We are seeking a senior sales professional who understands how banks purchase technology. You will own the full banking sales cycle and sell directly into Corporate Lending, Credit Risk, Risk Analytics, and Portfolio Management teams. This is a strategic, high-impact role with a clear mission: establish Valutico as the category standard for underwriting and credit risk workflows in banking. What You Will Be Doing Own the full enterprise sales cycle - from prospecting, qualification and demos, to business case creation, POC's, negotiation, and closing. Engage senior decision-makers in banks and tailor the value proposition to their workflows. Develop and execute a territory plan focused on Tier-1, Tier-2, and regional banks. Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Product to refine our enterprise sales strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects by understanding credit processes, regulatory pressures, and data challenges inside banks. Help shape our go-to-market strategy for the banking vertical as one of our first hires focused exclusively on enterprise financial institutions. What You Bring 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS, ideally in FinTech or selling into banks. Proven track record closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders (Risk, Credit, IT, Procurement). Excellent communicator capable of presenting to both analysts and C-suite leaders. Ownership mindset — you’re proactive, goal-driven and thrive in a scaling environment. Excellent communication skills in English & German; other European languages a strong plus.
