Who this is a fit for

• Proven track record in a commercial or customer-facing role (CS or Sales) at a startup or scale-up; big tech backgrounds are not a fit.
• Exceptional intellectual horsepower with a history of mastering complex domains quickly and evidence of high agency in ambiguous or under-resourced situations.
• Hands-on experience driving complex implementations for non-technical users, coupled with the ability to travel frequently to UK customer sites and work in-office in London.
