This role is designed for an individual contributor who understands how operational priorities, procurement realities, and long‑term program funding shape buying decisions inside the DoD.  A successful DoD Account Executive at interos.ai establishes credibility early with defense stakeholders, builds a qualified pipeline aligned to mission‑critical initiatives, and navigates multi‑year sales cycles with discipline and persistence. Occasional travel may be required depending on business needs.  Compensation:  Base Salary Range: $82,000- 160,000USD (depending on experience and location)   Variable Compensation: Commission plan  Equity: Stock options included as part of total compensation package   We believe in rewarding great work with competitive, transparent compensation.
