Key Responsibilities: Grow Buildots’ customer base with net new customers and drive business results, focusing on Healthcare Owners, Developers, and Owners’ Representatives, with a focus on their Mission Critical projects Engage net new Owner targets - and own the entire sales cycle from hunting and qualification through closing. Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas - you are an overachiever! Drive pipeline generation by attending conferences, industry events, & meetups, building your network within the industry - you love to network! Build trust and credibility with prospects and customers, with a focus on building long-term relationships & driving business value (‘partnership’ approach) Build, manage and maintain the sale pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting Tenaciously follow through and prioritize customer needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company, bringing feedback to product, engineering, & CS.
