We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and play a critical role in expanding our customer base in the Netherlands and across Europe, focusing on the acquisition of new customers. This role is centered on driving revenue growth by securing new accounts in one of the world’s most advanced horticultural markets.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Sales, serving as a key strategic partner to drive organizational growth within the Netherlands and broader European markets. If you’re passionate about scaling a company, influencing its trajectory, and challenging conventional industry practices, this opportunity is for you. While our cutting-edge product has proven market demand, our ultimate mission is to disrupt and redefine industry norms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in technology or agriculture, with a strong network in the Netherlands or European greenhouse market.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and strategic account management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset to work across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Results-driven approach with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (proficiency in additional languages is a bonus).
  • Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and Europe (up to 30%).
