About the role: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value opportunities with enterprise-level clients. As a trusted partner to key decision-makers, you will leverage your ability to understand client challenges, position J4RVIS’s solutions effectively, and deliver measurable business value. Success in this role hinges on your ability to identify opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. What you’ll be doing: New Business Development: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients. Leverage market insights, lead generation strategies, and targeted outreach to secure new accounts. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and deliver solutions to address clients' unique business challenges. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Drive outbound prospecting efforts through networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. Solution Pitching & Closing: Present tailored solutions that align with prospective client challenges, demonstrating value and ROI. Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets. Collaboration & Internal Alignment: Partner with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, system implementations, etc.) to align solutions to client needs, ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, maintain pipeline health, and proactively identify risks or opportunities to meet revenue goals. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies and differentiate offerings. About you: You are an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of driving success in enterprise-level engagements, particularly within the technology and Salesforce ecosystems. With 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, including 3+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, you have honed your ability to identify, nurture, and close high-value opportunities that deliver measurable outcomes for clients. You excel in strategic account management, leveraging your deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and relationship-building to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively. Your ability to communicate complex solutions with clarity and confidence sets you apart as a trusted advisor in your clients' digital transformation journeys.
