Position Overview: As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. You will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the technology industry. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target new business opportunities with large enterprise clients in the New York area - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts - Understand client needs and pain points, and position Lovefreedom Solution's products and services as solutions to their business challenges - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings - Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics - Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis - Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to sales management Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees), from prospecting to close. Manage a pipeline that is approximately 70% outbound and 30% inbound, requiring a proactive, hunter mentality. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles, engaging with HR, TA leaders, and C-suite executives. Master and articulate Maki's value proposition, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer pains in the recruitment industry. Collaborate closely with the CEO and a growing GTM team, including BDRs and sales enablement, to shape and execute our US sales strategy.
