About the Role As Enterprise Account Executive, you will join a high-performing team of sales professionals driving business transformation and growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint and shaping the future, responsible for net-new business sales in Public Sector accounts. What You’ll Do Drive revenue growth: Exceed your booking and revenue targets by selling our software, cloud, hardware, and professional services solutions. Own the hunt: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through your own outreach, qualified leads, and participation in marketing campaigns and events. Expand existing accounts: Unlock additional value for customers by promoting new licenses, modules, and services across their organisations. Deliver with discipline: Maintain precise forecasts, meet quarterly commitments, and bring rigor to every stage of the sales cycle. Strategise for success: Develop and execute account plans that drive scale, deepen relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities. Collaborate to win: Lead cross-functional teams—including pre-sales, professional services, and support—to design and deliver winning client solutions. Be a market maker: Champion our solutions in the Australian marketplace and elevate brand awareness to achieve leadership within key industry sectors. What You’ll Bring Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on new business development and consistent overachievement of targets within the Australian Public Sector Experience managing complex sales cycles (6–9 months) from prospecting to close. Ability to work independently in a lean, agile environment, with self-drive and accountability. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred but not essential.
