We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by managing strategic accounts, fostering strong partnerships, and working closely with your Enterprise Solutions Architect to deliver best-in-class solutions to our largest partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales and experience in strategic partner engagement.

Responsibilities.

• Identify, qualify, and engage with strategic enterprise clients to drive new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Collaborate closely with your dedicated Enterprise Solutions Architect to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Partner with the executive team to identify and engage with strategic partners to expand our market presence.
• Lead complex sales cycles, including proposal development, negotiation, and closing of new business.
• Maintain a deep understanding of ScalePad’s platform and products, value proposition, and key differentiators.
• Drive growth through strategic partnerships, aligning with partners to co-sell and expand our presence within enterprise accounts.
• Effectively manage and forecast sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and strategic insights to enterprise clients.

Qualifications.

• Proven experience in an Enterprise Account Executive role with a strong SaaS sales background.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with enterprise clients.
• Experience working with strategic partners to co-sell and expand market presence.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, including an Enterprise Solutions Architect, to deliver optimal customer outcomes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering consistent growth.
• Experience in the IT services or MSP space is a significant advantage.
