Description
Builds professional working relationships with clients maintaining a high level of customer loyalty and developing a deep understanding of clients' needs. Utilizes consultative-selling techniques to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and align the organization's capabilities to client business and IT priorities. Develops and executes account business plans including transactional and strategic initiatives to grow the organization's business. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address client issues and concerns ensuring timely and satisfactory issue resolution. Utilizes data-driven insights to track account performance and identify trends to make decisions about account strategy. Builds and maintains sales pipeline activity while achieving and/or exceeding revenue and margin quotas using margin management techniques. Focuses on customer retention and timely contract renewals to ensure ongoing revenue for the organization. Stays updated on the organization's offerings as well as industry trends to offer insights and solutions that align with clients' needs. Acts as an advocate for the clients and integrates their feedback to enhance the organization's offerings. Participates in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in account management, sales techniques, industry trends, and client relationship management.
