Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Manager, Nordics, Benelux, & Eastern Europe, you will focus on expanding existing and driving new business in the assigned region. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage exceptional sales skills to accelerate your career and contribute to growth in some of our key European regions.

Drive Net New Sales

  • Develop a pipeline based on the account list for the assigned territory, ensuring its health in terms of size, accuracy, alignmnet, movement, and balance
  • Responsible for defining, quantifying, and addressing a prospect’s pain points, as well as building champions to gain access to economic buyers and maximize penetration of Maxon products in the accounts
  • Communicate accurate forecasts to ensure business linearity and predictability

Expand Business within Existing Customers

  • Work with existing large customers whose headquarters are located within the assigned territory to identify expansion opportunities, both within the territory and in other regions where they have their subsidiaries

Sales Excellence

  • Drive Sustainable sales performance by deploying high-impact strategies that effectively communicate the value of our software solutions, ensuring consistent results and alignment with customer needs
